George Bush's Dumbass Head on a String

This is an air freshener of Bush. It hangs on my rear view mirror. There's nothing too spectacular about it except every time you walk towards your car and see this hanging through your window, it is fun to say "Hey, it's George Bush's Dumbass head on a string."
